Ashley asked that we have our in-person interview complete before
scheduling with her. We also need very good notes about what we like and
any areas of concerns. Do you feel strongly enough about Crystine to
schedule her for an on-site?
Since Ashley has such limited time, she wants our top pick. Her feeling is
that if you don't love the candidate, she doesn't need to talk to them. She
trusts your decisions. Unless you heard otherwise, this is the direction I
have.
With that said, if you want me to get Isabelle on her calendar. I will need
your feedback on the interview guide. If you send it to me, I can input it
into the guide for you.
