Hello Taneshia,

8x8 only supports adding contact manually, via Google, or Outlook.

The easiest way I've found is to import them into contacts.google.com, then
link your Google account via the Contacts settings section of the mobile or
desktop app.
Import contacts to Google

   1. On your computer, go to Google Contacts <https://contacts.google.com/>
   .
   2. At the left, click Import.
   3. Click Select File.
   4. Choose your file.
   5. Click Import.
