Auto uploads from Tableau * This is something we do in the US. We autoupload info from Tableua= that syncs with specific conversion actions to represent the downfunnel ac= tivity. * I'd like to talk through how we use it in the US, the impacts it h= as on looking at conversions in the platform, and discuss next steps to get= the same process set up for Canada 1. Exclusion Lists * In the US, we have set up exclusion lists for clients, caregivers,= and contacts form Salesforce to try and avoid showing ads to these groups.= We update the members in the list each month. * I'd like to talk through a process to have your team upload the li= st as well. 1. Conversion Tracking for Mississauga and Oakville * The calls do not seem to be syncing correctly from Callrail to Goo= gle Ads. Did your team notice this? * We have had our team re-link the Callrail conversion actions to se= e if that helps (we recently had an issue with it not syncing in the US and= this fixed it). Please review on your side to make sure the August calls o= ver 90 seconds are showing up correctly. 1. Keyword Changes * I just did a review of the Canadian leads from July. From this, pl= ease: * remove "temporary home care after surgery" as a keyword - it on= ly drove unqualified leads * research the search terms for "home caregiver services" - this = mostly led to unqualified leads but did drive one client that we hope will = start services * Overall, you can see all the keywords for leads that closed here (they did not make it on to our qualified stage of "op= portunity") * You can see all the keywords for qualified leads by filtering just= for "qualified" here Let me know if you have any questions or anything else to add to the agenda= .
