Before we start, I need a few items from you by EOD tomorrow: 1. Signed contract (highlight the drip campaign option or if you are signing-up for SOCi, please highlight two options in the contract) 2. Attached is a drip campaign office information spreadsheet. Please fill this out to confirm: office location, name and email of point contact (contact who will be listed on the emails for prospects to call), office phone number, address, and website url. This information is needed to localize the emails for your location. 3. If you would like to personally receive the emails, please notify me. A few additional items to note: 1. Based on the status of where a high majority of offices are in relation to the rebranding process and specified logo preferences received due to their status, we will not be offering two logo options at this time. Next round (February), I will re-open this as an option to select from the red or burgundy logos and associated materials. 2. To track leads from the drip campaign, it's important to follow the attached steps outlined in the Profile Tags for Tracking document. 3. In order for your contacts to be added into the drip campaign, they must have a first name and email address in ClearCare. If they do not meet these requirements, they are not added into the drip and will not receive the emails. Remember to capture this information during intakes! 4. As part of our drip services, we pull contacts from ClearCare for you every three months. If you would like to pull your own contacts, you need to notify us and supply the contacts that you would like added. Tomorrow is the deadline to send your specified contacts. 5. Up until now, we have supplied high level open rate and click through rate metrics to track the success of the network-wide campaigns but I would like to evolve this aspect. Not only will you receive these metrics, you will also receive more information about your individual prospects that were added. For example, how engaged was ronnie95@gmail.com?
