I can start reconciling the revenue numbers to see where the discrepancy is. I removed all internet/Google Adwords/WOM etc and just looked at referral accounts for 2022 data. Only 20 out of 235 (8.5%) accounts are tagged with HCL. I am not expecting 100% of the accounts to be transferred to BD but was expecting at least 25%. I have a tab with all CA clients and another tab that is much more manageable filtered down to 2022 client starts only and excluding any client related to Consumer Marketing or Word of Mouth Account categories.
