Our digital marketing agency is diligently working on the updates to the local pages as submissions for those customized changes come in. If you have already submitted your form for customization Kathryn will be reaching out to you as the change go live on your site. For those of you who have not yet submitted your customizations we strongly encourage you to use the change form to do so. As we shared before, in comparing customized vs. non-customized landing pages on our website, data clearly shows that users spend more time on pages that have localized content in addition to a higher conversion rate. *Franchisee Monthly Milestone Rewards Program* We are so excited to have teamed up with the Awards Network as part of the new Franchisee Monthly Milestones Program. If you haven=E2=80=99t seen the details yet be sure to= check the latest marketing update for all the details. As you begin to hit revenue milestones you will be alerted as such and will have the opportunity to choose a gift from a large selection that is to your liking. *Home Care Pulse Recognitions* In the Marketing Showcase you will now find a new section titled =E2=80=9CH= ome Care Pulse Awards=E2=80=9D. This section was created to make it easier for thos= e of you who have received either the Provider or Employer of Choice award to easily share that information through a variety of media outlets. If you are not already, spread the word about your recognition through social media, email (signature) and on your marketing pieces. *Out-of-the-Box Marketing* There have been some great out of the box marketing ideas coming through the system lately and we want to encourage you to please share those ideas as they can be then shared with the entire system, just like the grandma ornament that Mariela Rogers in Pembroke Pines, FL created. Please be sure to email Kathryn with any neat ideas you or your team may have! *Arbor Day Partnership* In the past few years we have planted close to 2,700 trees. This year, we re-engaged their organization and committed to planting 5,000 trees over the course of the next year!
