As you know, our partnership with Aberdeen has faced challenges over the years. Terry reached out looking for care for his wife, who has dementia (16hrs/wk). He emphasized the importance of finding a caregiver who they could build a long-term relationship with. After transparent discussions about the time needed to find the right fit, we began the matching process. The first shifts went extremely well, and Terry was very pleased with the caregiver, Zarria. Yesterday, Terry contacted us with an urgent need, as his private overnight caregiver had quit without notice. He asked if we could assist, and we were happy to step in. We added 20 additional hours to his schedule, elevating his account to Tier 1. Sarah has worked diligently to build his trust over the past few weeks, and it has clearly paid off.
