The only thing is that the closing date is Feb 3rd and I believe (Alexandre can you have a look and confirm) that they are looking to pair with a not for profit that offers home care services. If that's right then we would not be able to look into it, but I just wanted to be sure. Let me know when you have a minute Alexandre.
