Hi All, Angie is trying to take control of t= he bonus situation, so is requesting all of us to send her a list of employ= ees that are on bonus plans. Below is my list, which includes bonus plans f= or CCMs, SMs, Recruiters, Intake and Ops. Angie, the CCM plan should be the= same across the board for everyone. The SM bonus plans may vary depending = on the percentage of the pools for the SMs. My intake and recruiter plans w= ere created by Chen and I and to be honest I=E2=80=99m not 100% sure how th= e Ops bonuses are calculated.
