There is an option to add a message before sending the document. You'll click "Send" and then before actually sending you will see a box where you can put in a message to the caregiver. If you'd like to set a standard message, you can send it to me and I will add it as a "Saved message" (you can see the link to saved messages on the right of this screenshot). That way we can put a standard message that you can add each time. (Note: You can also add a Saved Message by going to "Settings" > "Saved Messages" and creating a new message, but we are also happy to help with this if that's easier for you!)
