Honestly though I feel like we are starting over. Katie from St. Louis and I were out in the field last week and I think it confirmed what we had all suspected....our previous rep. was not working. So we are working to start building relationships. It's not one of the items below, but something we have also been doing is trying to invest more in our CG training. We have had them all come in for the Advanced Dementia training and have quarterly training on different subjects as well. We are also in the process of revamping our orientation to better fit with the state guidelines and to better prepare them in caring for our clients. Account Sales & Ops Action Plan for Growth Park Meadows Emphasizing enhansed dementia training for our CG's. GM to sched. introductory meeting with ED by the end of Q3. HCL to get quarterly activities sched. by the end of Q3. Village Shalom HCL to sched. a follow up with ED following client reviews to discuss a provider agreement. Quarterly events to be sched. by the end of Q3 Tallgrass Increased focus on Blue Sage team (rehab). GM/HCL to work to set up meeting with team by the end of Q3 Senior Care Authority Working closely with Valarie from SCA on CG dementia training which is important to her in terms of who she refers her clients to - she will be attending some of the upcoming training sessions Nottingham HCL increasing frequency to weekly sales calls. HCL/GM will work to set up a luncheon to introduce our team by the end of Q3. Stratford Commons HCL/GM to get introductory meeting set up in the Memory Care building and the Rehab facility to get to know the new staff in both locations by the end of Q3. Advent Luncheon with the case management team 6/19. Found our careport file is still not active. HCL/GM to follow up with CP and provide needed information to activate by 7/1. Santa Marta HCL/Gm to get introductory meeting set up with staff as this is a new buiding by the end of Q3. Claridge Court We just got a new client in this building. HCL/ED to work on building a stronger relationship with the facility staff. HCL/GM to schedule meeting with staff to introduce the team by the end of Q3. Will utilize CM's as she worked in this building and has some existing relationships. Welstone HCL/GM to continue regualr calls on account.
