This is the CCM incentive plan. Let me know if you have questions. For acquisitions, existing acquired clients are tagged by the DART team as acquired clients and the CMM will then receive the 12 month retention part of the bonus. All new clients after the acquisition start date will be fully part of the CCM Incentive Plan. Staffing Manager Bonus Current best use of Staffing Manager program - Office should have at least 100k in monthly revenue - The program is not automatic and to sign up an office you first must reach out to Chen Xie to be added - The local manager will work with the plan administrator (Chen) to determine percentage splits for team members. - Once percentages are confirmed there should be little change. - The location must be in ClearCare and SaleForce - Historically the bonus pool has been used to incentive the on-call team The SM bonus is calculated monthly by Chen for the month previous.Chen is working with the DART and Finance team to hand over the program when they are ready to take it on. The bonus pool is based on the ClearCare monthly gross margin divided by the caregiver margin (100% of the goal is 50%). If the 50% caregiver margin is not met, then the bonus would be less, but if the office beats goal then the staffing team gets a larger bonus. Here is the math breakdown: Start up location (hitting goal): Lets consider $35000 weekly revenue would be roughly $150,000/mo (30 day month). If margins are 50% that equals $75,000 of which .5% is the SM pool. $75k x .005 = $375.00 total to share. So if there are two SM's, we would look at $187.50 each at a 50/50 split. A good example to share (not hitting goal): San Francisco $1,000,000/mo in revenue 46% margins = $460,000 x .005 = $2300/mo x.75 (did not hit goal) = $1725.00 which is dispersed to the team based on below considerations. What else affects percentage of pool: 1. Tenure with HCA 2. Impact with HCA and/or responsibility , for example the Lead SM may get more of the pool Payouts: All incentive and bonus payments are made on the pay period closest to the 15th of each month. Payments are paid monthly for the previous month. For example, June bonuses/incentives are paid in July. Best, -- *Audra N.
