I know we are all very busy. As requested, here are some points we touched on in regards to my request for a revaluation of my salary: 1. I feel I am now contributing to the company at a much higher level than when my previous salary was set. My responsibilities have greatly increased. Therefore, I am requesting a salary that is in line with my current role. 2. I believe my current hybrid position (CM+Scheduler) is more complex than that of a previous CM's role. I am doing two jobs in one. 3. I am now expected to be available to clients after hours (on occasion), which I am happy to do. 4. My new role involves much more accountability, more complex and difficult decision making. 5. I have continued to manage many clients=E2=80=99 changing needs (cli= ents on hold, returning clients). This has proven to be a lot to manage, especia= lly with Tier C clients. 6. Tier C clients are often much harder to staff than Tier A and Bs. Difficulties staffing these cases leads to more communication with clien= ts, stronger organizational skills, very difficult financial conversations a= nd risk assessments. 7. In addition, having worked in this role for the last 5 months, I am responsible for the following non-Tier C clients: Antaki, Coffey, Dore, Gillies, Ibarz, Kaufmann, Monette, Stober, Vording. I am ready to take o= n more moving forward. 8. Having been with the company for a year, I argue that I am more valuable than a newly hired CM (alternative option to me stepping into t= his role). I have a good understanding of the industry and have developed ma= ny positive relationships with clients and some of our best caregivers. 9. This is not my first job out of University. I have previous work experiences and I would like to feel valued for my efforts. I would like to continue to grow and contribute everything I can to the success of th= e company. 10. I continue to perform all of my job responsibilities in a professional and respectful manner. Thank you for considering these points. I hope you find them helpful.
