Hello Regional Directors, We have discovered this morning that payroll for an estimated 25-30% of our U.S. caregivers did not process as expected through our payroll vendor for today=E2=80=99s pay date. We are working directly with the vendor to rapidly correct the issue and understand which caregivers were impacted. Direct Deposits: Same day direct deposit will occur today for all impacted caregivers who have a bank account on file for their payments. Caregivers will see the funds within the next 24-36 hours starting at 5:00pm Central Time today. Access to funds will vary based on the individual banking institution the caregiver uses. Paper Checks: It is estimated that there are 180 caregivers who receive paper checks in this impacted group. We are working with the vendor to understand next steps.
