Your mother expressed that she is doing well, and is enjoying having Sharon at the home for support. With Sharon's assistance, she has begun to exercise daily. When the weather permits, they go on walks and garden together outside. I introduced the Cognitive Therapeutics program to your mother today. This program is designed to improve brain health and quality of life through cognitive stimulating activities. Sharon has been trained to administer the program with your mother and can be done a couple times per week for about 30 minutes. We introduced some of the activities of the program which were well received by your mother. She was initially apprehensive, however she was engaged and expressed that she would be willing to take part in the program.
