I noticed that Megan was not assigned to this client yet, so I went ahead and assigned her so she can view the IP as well (in the IMS, go to the Assign link shown in the specific client's row, then click on Not Assigned shown in the specific Interventionist's row). Here are some additional thoughts: - Morty's biggest areas of struggle seems to be in short term memory and some word-finding. Start with the easiest activities when doing activiti= es in these domains. - Morty seems to become frustrated often and talks about sad memories. However, he is very proud about his work achievements and seems to have quite a few favorite movies and music. There are several reminiscence activities included in the IP, so Megan should be very careful to keep t= he conversation positive and focus on positive memories (e.g. avoid talking about his wife - complicated reasons led to divorce - and sister - passe= d away in her 20s - and focusing on topics like his career, daughter and grandchildren, favorite movies and music, growing etc.) - Morty feels relaxed when he feels well liked and competent. Be sure to give him a lot of affirmation and encouragement during activities. Please let me know if you have any questions.
