This ties into our conversati= on yesterday about organic traffic being high, but leads being low. Here is some good information about the engagement rate. https://www.datadrivenu.com/google-analytics-4-engagement-rate/ We could setup some unique goals in G4 for Winnipeg (and Canada) to ensure = that certain thresholds are being met on site to give us a better understan= ding of what visitors are seeing. On top of this, a program like HotJar may come in quite helpful in seeing w= hat users are doing and why they're leaving. It's a screen recording softwa= re that again, may come in really handy for Winnipeg to get to the bottom o= f the performance. I've talked to Ash about setting up a custom segment in G4 pertaining to th= e lack of leads coming through organic (especially with the traffic we see)= . More to come on this.
