In the past, what we have done, is ask for volunteers to take FRIDAY off instead, and have one person per office who can do payroll do it on MONDAY. I don't know if the Canadian vendor is more flexible than the US one, but we can find out. But historically, we've had decent luck getting someone to switch the day provided they still get a three day weekend.
