Here is an update on the Canadian iCIMS Project.=F0=9F=8E=89 *Summary of the project, as of today:* - *All forms,* including the translated versions for Montreal, have been completed and submitted to Greg Marangi for uploading or creation in iCI= MS. - Regional Leaders for each province have reviewed and approved the forms, documents, etc. that will now be part of the hiring process for Canadian caregivers. - Training in iCIMS for CG Recruiters in Canada will be held next week, July 10=E2=80=9314, 2023. - Jon Eckrich sent invites to his team and the leadership in Canada for the training sessions and office hours. - We are awaiting a date for the Canadian iCIMS official launch from the IT team so that communication can be sent to announce the change. *Top "pending" items for each "segment" of the project:* *iCIMS Forms* - Greg is finishing up all job descriptions, job templates, and system forms. Set to be done by EOB Friday. All items will be ready for trainin= g to begin on Monday, July 10th. - Greg will be creating everything Jon will need to create "test" job postings for the test candidates. *iCIMS Programming* - According to Mikko, "site switching to the career portal" must be done in preparation for the integration. Is there a timeline set for this? - Per our meeting on June 19th, a "Smoke Test" will be done by Greg during the user testing, confirming that all is working properly. - After user testing is complete, there may be time needed for adjustments based on feedback/concerns. *Training* - Materials from training will be shared on Workplace after sessions are complete. - Communications need to go out to announce the change to the Canada offices once we have a launch date from the integration team. - Greg Marangi will be available if any issues come up during training. Mikko will be on PTO during the start of the testing (July 10th through = the 21st). Questions or concerns, feel free to email me. Thank you to everyone for working so hard to get to this point, I look forward to the next few steps in getting this important project over the finish line.
