Debra told me that NJ is at 50% which is horrible. I started to dive further and asked some questions. The nurses report the caregivers have a really tough time even logging on, etc. I did this at Daughterly, we had a good caregiver come to the office and we video taped them using the APP. We then sent the video out to the full team of caregivers. It worked out really well. I think we will try this with the NJ team. I instructed our entire NJ team that we have to help get these caregivers more compliant. The caregivers need to understand this that is a requirement of the job. Side note, Daughterly still uses the ClearCareGo APP and most use the APP. They are not ready to convert Daughterly. Alpine can't use any APP now due to client contract constraints.
