As we previously discussed, it's important for me to manage the intake to assessment flow and streamline the process. Currently, the chat is disorganized, and items are being lost. To address this, I propose the following: * All RIM communication regarding intake to assessment for Chicago and Michigan should be posted in the Chicago Office Intake Group. * Unless I am unavailable, I will reply to RIMs and other individuals on the thread should refrain from adding commentary. * If I am on PTO, I will assign a deputy to manage the process. * If HCL or CSM needs to communicate, they should send me a direct chat or text. * Replies will be made within the original request for assessment to maintain clarity.
