There are two important updates for November: 1) Field Recruiters and Intake Managers have been centralized into a corporate department. If you previously had team members in these roles, you will see a decrease in headcount. These centralized teams are now being allocated back to the Sites as overhead, resulting in an increase in Professional Services. All Sites will receive a small allocation for Field Recruiting and Intake Management. 2) Field leadership made some changes to FTE allocations across Sites and Regions to ensure a more accurate representation of employee costs in each Site.
