I have noticed a sentence that does not apply to Canada. If I remember correctly, we already discussed a similar sentence in a brochure. See the sentence highlighted below. If you value safety, security and reliability: yes. A quality home care agency is insured and also manages the performance and scheduling of its caregivers, handles billing and payroll, and has back-up caregivers to fill in when needed. With a private hire caregiver, you=E2=80=99re responsible f= or setting up payroll and withholding taxes, caregiver vetting and background checks, as well as purchasing sufficient liability insurance to cover any accidents or injuries in the home. In Canada, in my experience as a nurse, I'm self employed and I just need to issue a receipt to my client. I am also responsible for my insurance (which comes with my OIIQ membership). It is the same as a massage therapist. I suggest we instead focus on facts like the caregiver can let the client down at any time or has no back-up in case of emergency and that there is no quality control and no accountability. Should I Cc anyone else than Amanda on questions like this one? Let me know what you chose to do. --=20 Karine Labelle 514-593-7264 --00000000000004649605e729f75b Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hello Tim, I have finished the translat= ion of the Home Page.
