We have been evaluating costs of operating through Versapay and their preferred partner for ACH/processing fees. Following the analysis and review by our executive committee, we have opted to move away from Versapay as our merchant service provides and are in the process of transitioning to JP Morgan and Chase. As a result, all new integration is on pause until this transition is complete. This includes Winnipeg, Waterloo, Oakville, Vancouver & Montreal. We anticipate being able to complete these integrations no later than February and will continue to keep the group updated. It is important to note that the work we have done on the go-live checklist will not need to be repeated aside from the net new customers impacted by the upcoming transition.
