First off, please take no offense by the first two, we just believe in good governance and would like to understand how your services work and how your staff is remunerated - so that we rest easy on our side knowing all the facts. This is very similar to how some of my bigger client contracts are structured in my businesses (also in professional services) 1. What is the pro vs agency fee split (ie. what goes to the pr=C3=A9pos= =C3=A9 and what goes to the agency for overhead & management)? 2. From research and/or past experience, the night rate tends to be less than the day rate (ie. less to do at night), therefore is the $35/hr a blended rate? Or is the pr=C3=A9pos=C3=A9 salary more in day time vs night= time and that=E2=80=99s how you can can recoup margin on a 24/7 contract? 3. Food is not provided by the client and the responsibility of pr=C3=A9po= s=C3=A9, correct (ie. they bring their meals)? Please confirm. 4. Travel is not the responsibility of the client, correct? Please confirm. 5. When a change in staff needs to be made (ie. someone calls in sick, moves on, leaves, doesn=E2=80=99t work out, etc), alternatives are discusse= d with the client (ie. my brother or myself or my father) prior to making the change, correct? 6. A pr=C3=A9pos=C3=A9 is not permitted to leave until another one arrives= at the residence, correct? 7. What is the term of the contract? Is it weekly, bi-weekly or monthly? And will payment terms be in accordance or separate? 8. Do you have professional insurance should an issue arise (ie. property damage, work safety, etc) that covers you and your staff while they work on location at a client=E2=80=99s residence? Thanks in advance for your time in answering these questions and let us know if you would like for us to schedule a call to discuss Monday.
