I wanted to check in with you as it was recently brought to our attention that Michelle informed Colin that she and her husband are likely to move away from Montreal due to a paperwork issue, and that this would likely happen in the very short term. We were actually quite upset to hear this through Colin and have still not received any official communication from your offices to confirm that this is the case or to propose a replacement caregiver. This is not the only time that we have had communication issues around his care and we would like to meet with you at the Westmount offices to discuss this further. We are seeing changes in his behaviour and recognizing that he is in need of increasing companion care and we simply want to make sure that we are on the same page before we move forward with modifying / adjusting his schedule. Please let me know when you might have time for a brief sit-down so that we can chat. With thanks, Dylan Adair -- --00000000000015c0c40591d039d9 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Good afternoon Maria, I hope that this = email finds you well and that you had a pleasant time in Greece during your= recent vacation.
