Etransfer clients collection issues*

From what I'm hearing etransfer clients are becoming a bit of a collections issue. We have to constantly follow up on payment and not to mention issues with reconciliation. When we do make the transition to the new bank, we won't be able to offer Etransfer anyways , so it's best if we start working on getting them over to PAD. I will prepare a template for the call/email and have new hire Vincent work on this once I get the go ahead from you guys if it's okay to proceed?
