 We are moving from&amp;nbsp; 7214 College Blvd, Overland Park to&amp;nbsp; 
 11050 Roe AVe, suite&amp;nbsp;211, Overland Park	KS	66211. 
 The lease will start January 1st 2025 and run through until January 30,2025. 
   
 The landlord is Great Southern Bank 
 Attached is the lease agreement. 
 The monthly rate is&amp;nbsp; $2592.34 
 Square footage is 1447 
 Security deposit is $2833.71
