Had a long follow up conversation. Learned that all 1st shifts for agencies and their staff are more housekeeping focused so they can learn the home, and meet the residents before starting personal care. The regular/experienced staff provide personal care. In this situation one of their staff picked up the shift and they decided not to cancel the HCA shift to have more hands. Allison updated and will update care plan to reflect this. The CG was expecting to do personal care and did push back about cleaning. CG said they didn't sleep but 2 of their staff reported this and the supervisor found CG sitting on the couch bouncing a ball. CG did do what supervisor told her.
