Hi Carolyn,
This is excellent work - now we can see who deserves a raise and who
doesn't. I like that you included the client rate for additional clarity. I
added a column for "recommended % raise" and some numbers. You can change
the % to fit what you think is an acceptable raise. As we discussed before,
Tim and I have suggested that all caregivers don't get a blanket raise. I
would give the highest raise to the caregivers working the most hours and
the longest without a raise.
Can you work with Joey on the final raise submission and share this with
Tim and Dominique when you've completed your analysis?
I'm going to get you to share this with all the Ambassadors so we can adopt
this format across Canada.
