I am curious --- It appears that you manage the care management function as well as business acquisition, but Sandra manages Joey who in turn manages the staffing managers. Can you share the backstory of such an arrangement and whether Joey does primarily staffing in his role or recruitment (given the HR manager title). Also interesting that some schedulers report to Joey and others to Sandra? Finally, unusual to see your highly valuable people (Sandra and Maria) on hourly pay instead of salary, any backstory there? As far as the bonuses go, I think what you have listed makes sense to continue on for six months, and let's also set a milestone for the team at the 6 month mark if we are consistently over $200,000 weekly service revenue in Montreal. What would be a great way to structure a team goal like that - a monetary incentive, or something special like a team resort day, etc. (Covid permitting). As far as the capacity of the team, would you say we are humming smoothly (very efficient at our current size or plus or minus 20 clients), in need of more business to occupy the team members, or stretched to the point where we'd need to take on more team to support additional business?
