Hi Tim, I just called the mover you recommended after the mover I was so excited about, declined the job. I left Calculated Moving a message and text. If I don’t hear back from them in 24 hours, I will check other resources. It is our plan to have you move out on 9/29 or 9/30. It just depends on what companies consider 9/30 a Canadian holiday, since it is a newer addition. I will follow up with the contractor to get his quote for the flooring and paint. I don’t think your new suite will be ready by the 30th, so the best course of action is to move the contents and equipment to St. Anne’s Road and when the new suite is ready for you, move all the items from St. Anne’s to the new space. I will know more after I speak with the mover and the contractor. This could be after Origin #1 on the same day or it might need to take place on a different day. It all depends on the contractors schedule. Destination: 530 Kenaston Blvd, Suite 344, Winnipeg, there is only one elevator in the building. Movers can come and assess during those hours. I agree with Tim that white and bright is always good, and I was hoping we could get some laminate flooring instead of carpet that is prone to wear and tear. We have some new office furniture in our second office that is currently vacant. There are three desks, chairs and a filing cabinet. I suggest we move these items to the new location instead of purchasing brand new. Most of the furniture in our current office should just be hauled away rather than pay for it to be stored. I don’t think I have authorization on the Shaw account to make any modifications. Let me know if there is anything else you need.
