Historically, our workers all fell = under one category regardless of whether they were office employees or = caregivers. In May 2020, because of the virus and the resulting need for = more LPN=E2=80=99s (licensed practical nurse) than ever before, we = requested a second rate for LPN=E2=80=99s and RN=E2=80=99s. Because = these =E2=80=9Cnurses=E2=80=9D are part of the Quebec Order of Nurses, = they carry their own insurance and therefore allow us to benefit from a = significantly lower CNESST rate. Having said they, they still only = account for about 8% of our total personnel. In July 2020, the CNESST also permitted us to create a third rate to = cover office employees.
