Option of deducting in 2 payments - If they want to buy more then one there would be a volume discount, 2 for $25 - *Mariel * to call HomeInstead and find out if polos are given to them or if caregivers pay *2) One Time Shifts* - After sending a caregiver to a client/residence and then they dont accept any shifts after, we need to follow up with them and ask why - maybe see if it didnt go well with the client or Residence. Find out if maybe they were not prepped enough before going to the client/residence *3) Call Offs* - Follow up with the caregivers as to why they called off (if they havent already given a reason). Lets try to rehabilitate instead of removing them right away *4) Clock In & Out* - Schedule office training in both offices to teach rest of office staff how to do the clock in and out with the client home phone and the app --> This way we can guide them through it instead of just doing it for them and if they need assistance, CMs can assist at a visit. *5) Emploi Sante Quebec Ads* - *Stephanie* to get pricing and create ad *6) Reference Checks* - *Stephanie & Mariel* to make sure they have at least one email address to be able to send the reference check form right after interview *Timothy to reply with his minutes as well* Stephanie Moryoussef Coordinatrice des Ressources Humaines *|* Human Resources Coordinator Tel: 514.907.5065 | Fax: 514.244.9672 stephaniem@homecareassistance.com | Homecareassistancemontreal.ca --000000000000d9198e058b0cc33c Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Guys,=C2=A0 Here are the minutes from Friday's meeting= = 1) Polo/Scrub Implementation When presenting d= ont sound apologetic, tell them that they have a choice of a scrub or a pol= o and they will have to start wearing it at their first shift, it is heavil= y subsidized and it will be taken off the first pay.
