I wouldn't know where to begin in terms of a valuation, buyout structure or revenue share structure. If you're comfortable sharing your basic revenue figures, gross margin and profit we could get a sense of how the business operates and how we could structure a deal. I'll be completely honest, we've never done an acquisition before and I would like to avoid the legal fees associated with a letter of intent prior to me understanding the basics of your business and whether or not it's something we can take on at this point. So if you could outline what it is you're looking for (buyout figure, exit timeline etc) we can determine if this is right for us.
