I wasn't in the loop on the final determination on the mandate in Canada and apologize for not putting a disclaimer. I just confirmed and my understanding is that James sent out a notification to all Canadian corporate-owned offices that they are exempt. I have asked him to follow up with these offices to clarify the mandate does not apply to them since we did not include a disclaimer on today's announcement. I have also asked Mansi Mehta to add a clarification that the mandate is for US offices only on her new FAQs. I hope this helps. We currently have a process for confirming that information is relevant to all parties and I apologize that the Canadian exemption update fell through the cracks. I am also working with HR on a process for segmenting the list for future communications. Thanks again for reaching out.
