I emailed a few months ago about there being no mention of the $25 deduction fee for the employee background check in the offer letter. This issue only relates to Montreal since no other Canadian market does it. However, we ran into a problem with it since we didn't disclose it at the beginning. I've attached the background check mention of both the old and new contracts below. The second concern is about the non-solicitation section. On the old contract, it mentioned the specific penalty about what would happen if they "stole" one of our clients. The current contract does not mention this, only that it is not allowed but no mention of consequences. I've attached the non-solicitation section from both the current one and the old HCA one. Please let me know if there's anything to be done so we can covered in case more problems come up.
