Grand Rapid site folks got the 50% target in June (last month before bridging) as goals were not hit on the calculated plan. July to now was bridged at 50% target for those whose bridge was less than 50% target- where all her peers got 50% target during these months. So I am thinking we pay her: 1. Pro-rated $500 for June as she started on 6/10/24 2. $500 (aka 50% of her target) for the next 3 months of July, August, and September Totaling $350(prorated June amount) + $500 + $500 + $500 =3D $1,850 we would pay her at earliest convenience. As it's Friday and also our payroll person is OOO today- i will coordinate on Monday with her on how to get this paid ASAP but heads up she will most likely recommend it being on next Friday's check- is that alright= ?
