I have tried restarting, updating, and someone from IT tried fixing it, however, nothing was working. Is there a reason why it is not letting me join, and what is the solution? For my role, I have to do virtual interviews, however, I have not been able to do so in a while because of it. Please let me know how this can be fixed.
