Clients get upset when we delay on getting them documents, because this is solely related to time management on individuals using quickbooks. I know we have to bear with this for now , but wanted to bring this to your attention in case clients get upset with our timings on getting them their documents such as account statements etc. Currently right now there are 5 people that need to access QB at any given moment. Sometimes coordinating that is a nightmare. We also cannot delay billing and or receiving payments. Time management is key especially because we have other sites on our plate. For the time being, I suggest we put a timeline for the clients to receive their documents back, maybe something like 2-3 business days?
