Both are time sensitive, as we *need the info before** EOD Friday July 8th*, so the CG will get paid next week: 1. *Need to create a new CG profile for an HCA TO CG in the Mavencare portal* ( https://mavencare.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/MID-3990*)= : *If someone can show me how to create a CG profile in the portal, I can do this today. When I create an account (Accounts > Users) for her, it o= nly creates a user account, not a CG profile where I can add bookings, uploa= d documents, etc. 2. *Pay schedule is not showing correctly in the CG app *( https://mavencare.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/MID-3961): This has been an ongoing issue since the CG returned from vacation in Ma= y 2022, every pay stub has been short hours. Lastly, I used to get email notifications when someone would respond or action a JIRA, but I am no longer receiving these types of emails anymore. I filed a JIRA ( https://mavencare.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/MID-3927), but have not heard back. I am unable to edit my preferences/settings. Would you be able to look into this?
