I had sent an email on Saturday explaining everything about this client. This client is billed as a regular client. The email is correct there=E2=80= =99s no more banked hours(this was an internal thing where we had previously build the client and had the hours banked so that they could use them throughout the year), we were keeping track of them in the note section, but I=E2=80= =99ve deleted it because it does not apply to the client anymore. They are on a new contract with their PDD that started November 1. As Chuck indicated PDD funding doesn=E2=80=99t apply to us it=E2=80=99s just for our internal staf= f to know that they do get PDD funding. I also spoke with Michelle yesterday, who corrected everything on the file because it hadn=E2=80=99t been done which = resulted in her calling the client saying that their payments were rejected and that the billing cycle was off so she corrected it to monthly billing and NetSuite and versa pay and she set it for 30 days and for cheque payments. So, as of now, everything with this client is just business as usual. I do have the check from this client for their November payment as well but they are just trying to sort out their funding and then everything will be smooth after the November payment is done. And yes Shirley email is correct, she has been getting the invoices. Please let me know if you have any other question.
