   - General lack of caregivers resulting in increased pay rates and OT.
   2FT CG's on leave for medical conditions starting in September. 2 FT CG's
   termed in October for shift abandonment and NCNS. This week in orientation
   we had 6 new CG's attend.
   - 1 live in client ended services due to lack of funding resulting in
   decrease in billable hours
   - Increased trave/salesl costs due to St. Louis HCC covering KC while
   hiring/training new HCC. Our new HCC is out of training this week and will
   be in the field.
   - KC MO business license obtained and now taking clients in MO. 1 MO SOC
   this month with another pending.
   - Cleaning contract for office terminated in October - we will no longer
   see this charge ($600) under utilities each month going forward.
   - New office space identified with a December move date.
