You should have received it by now! - On Friday, join us at 12:15PM ET to test your audio / video and ask any questions. Once you are situated, you can "step away" from the screen until the awards start at 12:30 - After signing on, please change your Zoom nameplate to reflect your Site/Market name as seen in the Awards Ceremony Line-up schedule I sent earlier. For instance, Will Frederick will sign in as S Fort Worth, TX, and so on. - When your nomination is read, you will get a prompt asking "Unmute?" And you will accept. Then another prompt asking "Start my Video?" and you will accept. This will go fast, so please pay attention when you category approaches. - After the nominees are all onscreen, Barbara will announce the winner and all but the Winner will be left on screen so Barbara can congratulate and maybe ask a question.
