Hi Anna and Amelia, I have reiterated everything, again, to all three caregivers. Sandy said tha= t sometimes it is very difficult to convince her to go to the exercise room.= All three caregivers will try gently, and in a positive way, to encourage t= his daily. Regarding the urine infection, I will forward you the name of the= private doctor that I had spoken to you about. Her name is Dr. Thomas Guy, 5= 14-362-8387. The family has to contact her as they need to open a file and m= ake payment arrangements. My best, Maria Maria Licoudis, Registered Nurse, C.N.C.C, N.M.C Care Manager Home Care Assistance mlicoudis@homecareassistance.com www.homecareassitancemontreal.ca Office: 514-907-5065 > On Oct 7, 2017, at 4:10 PM, Anna Watkins Porter wrote: > > Hi Maria, > > So there are a few issues that came up today - my mum is with Brittany her= aide from the Laurentians and just had an accident in her car. > > She thinks my mum has a UTI. > > This is something I mentioned to you we needed to avoid as my mum absolut= ely needs help wiping and I don't think the aides are being pro active about= cleaning her.
