I spoke with Caroline, and she said about 30 had been tagged as the Key Orientation for the past three weeks, but on the file attached, it populates as zero? I can't speak with Anna (Vancouver) and Kathryn (Toronto) until next week when they are back from vacation. Plus, we just had a meeting - in early December where we found out we would use "The Key" orientation and move away from the HCA one. We will get it fixed..
