Hi Dawn,
This is actually the first I have heard of this. Can you please share with
me the metrics that are being used to make this assessment so that I can
respond accordingly? I do know that there were some issues with the
analytics portal most likely related to our two locations and caregiver
tagging in ClearCare so I just want to make sure we are all on the same
page here.
