The reply is from a potential client that set up an assessment but then cancelled because he stated that he was not happy with the services. Is there a certain verbiage that you believe would be good wording to use when letting the Michigan clients know that we are only doing virtual assessments? I would love any feedback. Hello Jinniefer, Thank you for your response. I reached out to Ron, who says he was not impressed by the services he received in trying to get care in the home. He felt that the priority was not to come in, meet with them and get services started in a timely manner, but that having him meet on a zoom call was the priority. He has chosen to cover the shifts with his mom on his own, as she is terminal. I wanted to give you honest feedback on his experience.
