Hi Tim I woud like to thank you fo= r the box of chocolate wafers..really nice of you. I spoke to my= manager in regards to working with your agency, but like you mentioned in = the email below, it would be quite challenging to fill in workers on our en= d if your worker is not able to do the service for whatever reason. We usua= lly work with agencies on 1 hour contracts. We send several contracts and i= t is the agencies responsibility to organize their schedules for that day o= r week. So, I apologize for taking up your time..= I would have loved to have worked with you as one of our agencies. Who knows what 2017 will bring, maybe we will be working together. = Tina Recine (TS) CSSS Cavendish Coordinatrice= Service Aide 514-484-7878 ext 1319 -----Timothy Thomas < tt@homecareassistance.com > a écrit : ----- A : tina.recine.cvd@ssss.gouv.qc.ca = De : Timothy Thomas < tt@homecareassistance.com > Date : 09/12/2016 13= :41 Objet : NDG Case Hi Tina, Good news, I've managed to find one caregiver to do all three shifts, Mond= ay to Friday. I want to warn you that this t= ype of work is not our specialty and that if the caregiver gets sick or can= 't go, we may not be able to replace her within a reasonable time period, a= s all of our staff are promised a minimum shift length of 4 consecutive hou= rs. That being said, we will do our utmost to provide the highest quality o= f care, with a consistent caregiver. I hope = this helps, I'll keep looking for a weekend solution. Let me know what the next steps are. Regards, Tim -- Timo= thy Thomas Client Care Manager Home Care Assistance (Montr é al) Inc. 4464 Ste. Catherine Ouest <span
