I was informed by payroll today that I would not be receiving any pay this pay period (Friday November 15th) due to a combination of back pay in benefits and deduction in salary. In regards to my salary I was at $22,500 before maternity leave. I was informed today that my salary was reduced to $16.801.88 as per a salary assessment completed in August 2024 ( payroll received an email on August 2nd). I was not informed of this deduction nor did I sign a new contract/ agreement as I was on Maternity Leave. I also went through the emails from when I was on leave and do not see any indication of this. As for the benefits, I was never made inactive on workday by my previous manager when I went on leave and so my benefits were not terminated (thus the back pay of 24 pays plus this current pay).I am however confused by this because I received an email from Erika (HR Benefits Analyst) on October 31st stating that my benefits were terminated during my LOA and asked if I would like to reinstate them. I would greatly appreciate any guidance and assistance with this matter? Thank you, Thivyah --0000000000003519c80626a7b6cd Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi Tim and Abby! Hope you guys had a great weekend!
